Section 432
Restriction On Transfer Of Immovable Property To Foreigner
(1)
No person shall, without obtaining prior permission of the
Government of Nepal, transfer any immovable property to a
foreigner.
(2) If any person transfers any immovable property to a
foreigner in contravention of sub-section (1), the relevant deed shall
ipso facto be void, and such property shall devolve on the
Government of Nepal.
(3) The amount invested by the creditor in the obtainment
of an immovable property pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be
equivalent to an unsecured bond (Kapali).
